I have done horribly!

I have not worked out the entire week. I was supposed to today but got too lazy so I will workout tomorrow instead! I hope to go to MOA for a workout but if I do not wake up early enough, I will go to Rob! I really need to work this big butt out!

I have cleaned my vanity rack. Yup. I have a rack of gunk! Tomorrow I will try to clean another part of the house. I plan to do it one small place at a time. Hopefully, I will be able to clean this place up.

I understand I need to get rid of some things but I will decide when it is time. In the meantime, I can be the hoarder that I am.

Enough of this. I need to watch Before Midnight before I go to sleep.

I have been dying to watch this but I had nobody to watch this with.

Work Plan

Waistline: 29 inches

I will hammer to my brain this size of a waist and hopefully, the rest of my body will do something about it.

So to help me get to my target waistline here is my work plan:

1. mat exercises: 3 sets of three types of abs workout every night
2. Body Combat every weekend
3. Dumbells at home for triceps and biceps and quads
4. No meat every Monday to Thursday
5. Half rice forever.
6. Sleep early
7. Wake up when the alarm rings
8. Read dailygospel.org
9. Update this blog for check-up


All this for now.

Here's to hoping I can do this!

Changes

Waistline: 29 inches

Many things have happened since I last wrote in this blog.

For one, my waistline is back to 29inches. I have stopped running outside since they started constructing the new building in campus. The building is now done but the circuit where I used to run is not yet completed.

I have stopped swimming again but I have tried Bikram Yoga and then stopped because I had a cyst removed, which thankfully, turned out to be benign. I have bought ten more sessions at Bikram Yoga Manila and have not used any yet.

I have signed up as a member at a local gym and have been part of it for more than a year now. I may have gained some muscles but am fatter right now. I do not understand either.

I have had my armpit hair zapped and yet they still keep on growing. Not as much as before but still!!! Soh annoying!

I have aged. I really have. It's sad but this is reality. Most of my aging I attribute to the work I have been doing lately. I have finally stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something very new. Work.

I have been working for four months now. There were horrible moments and there were great moments. All in all, I am still holding on so I guess, the good is toppling the bad.

I have finally obtained my Church annulment last month and it is bittersweet. I am grateful and hopeful for what is to come but it is sad still to think that this was something I had to go through.

I have finally tried to rebond and go through digital perming. I am glad I did. I will be braver now in my experiments with how I look.

I have gone back to hearing mass regularly and became a regular commentator and then I am not again because of the work I have been doing.

I have read many books, thanks to my Kindle Paperwhite. I love it so much save for its weight.

So many changes.

Now I want to go back to basics. I want to lose weight again. I would love to go back to swimming except my hair has just undergone treatment. My goal is to be 27inches again next month.

Ha!

Here's to that!

I have not been eating meat Mondays to Thursdays and I have been doing Body Combat over the weekends. I will do mat exercises at night to ensure that my abs become flat again soon.

So many things have changed. I like most of it.
