I discovered today that I have an account at fitday.com. Apparently, I signed up a few months before I got married and then forgot about it *haha*. I found out I had an account because my username was taken already. I thought, what were the chances, I tried logging in and apparently, I was the one who took the name! Talk about being forgetful!
The site computes your calories consumed, calories burned, it keeps track of your measurement, etc. It's free and I am hoping I can update mine everyday. Hopefully, it will help me get fit.
I also joined swim.com but I do not see how it will get me back to swimming. I really need to get a new swimsuit.
After almost a month, I was able to hit the gym today. I only did 3km on the treadmill, 10 mins on the bike and 21mins on the elliptical machine. It was actually a great workout. I did not get so stressed after. I might adapt that workout instead of the 5km. I do not think I will be running on any fun run any time soon anyway. Plus, I do not like how my legs are beginning to look. They're getting too muscular. *ewww*
I have to do HipHop Abs today as well. I have to do that every other day from now on. I am thinking of hittng the gym three times a week because I found out they're open on Saturday mornings. *yehey!*
