Makeover Update

I have continued to do HipHop Abs with my sister and I am happy to say that I feel it working! I am on my way to the gym too. I now do 10 minutes on the stationary bike, 3KM on the treadmill (I am down to this because my legs are looking Herculean already)) and then I spend 21 minutes on the elliptical machine. I also do 10 reps on the dumbbells (Yup I am down to just 10 because my arms too are beginning to look like a man's) and I also do 20 reps of crunches.

I am not sure if I will still go back to swimming anytime soon. I would like to wait and see what will happen given my routine. I am not on a specific diet right now but I have cut down on my rice intake. I always cut my cup of rice to half regardless of the size of the cup. I hope all of this will pay off.

I am now less conscious about my weight. I also feel lighter and I feel happier. I hope that I will keep my momentum and that my skin is still supple enough so they do not sag. I have not been moisturizing for the longest time. My goal is to have beach-worthy body by next year! *woot!*
